Step 1: Add /WP-Admin on your subdomain and it will lead you to the Administration Login Page of your website. For example sampledomain.com/wp-admin
Step 2: In the upper left corner of the dashboard, select the Posts tab and Click Add New sub-tab.
Step 3: Set up the Post settings on the right side of the page. If necessary, choose a category, add tags, and make other choices from the sections below the post.
Step 4: Select the Use Default Editor and begin by filling in the blanks. Upon proceeding, you can see the top portion and type your post title. While in the main post editing box just below it, type your content.

Step 6: After you’re done with your post, it’s time to publish it. Click the Publish button on the upper right corner. Now, you’re all set!
